Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Minnesota is hiring a Teacher to support early childhood education. You will implement our curriculum in a way that respects each child’s needs and create a safe, nurturing environment where kids can learn through play.

You’ll partner with families and center staff to foster engagement, enrollment, and accreditation goals, while building positive relationships with licensing authorities and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
