KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to directly support children's education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and connect with families to ensure the best care.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Willingness to meet or obtain state qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to communicate with children and parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success and work with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
