Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support children's education in our centers. You will implement the curriculum, create a safe and engaging space, and partner with families to ensure the best care and learning outcomes.

You will work with center staff to meet enrollment goals, guidance, and quality standards while building strong relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates outstanding customer service and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
