Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support children’s early learning in our centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing space for kids to explore, and build strong connections with families to foster a high-quality learning environment.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while maintaining positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Postures in low levels to maintain safety and engage with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in ways that are aligned with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and local partners.
