KinderCare Learning Companies in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Teacher to join our team and support classroom curriculum implementation and state Pre-K requirements. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

You will partner with families to provide the best care and education, support enrollment and accreditation goals, and build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds and be active indoors or outdoors.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Ability to engage with children safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements in a way that supports each child's needs.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by working with staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
