KinderCare Learning Companies in Washington state is seeking a dedicated Teacher to deliver our curriculum, adapt to each child's needs, and foster a safe, nurturing classroom where curiosity thrives.

You will partner with families, work with center staff to support enrollment and accreditation goals, and build positive relationships with licensing authorities, community partners, and colleagues across our centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills; able to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to engage with children safely and actively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by engaging with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
