KinderCare Learning Companies in Indianapolis, Indiana is hiring a Teacher to implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing classroom, and partner with families to support each child's growth and confidence every day.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, build strong relationships with families and licensing authorities, and help children develop essential skills through play and guided exploration.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications as needed.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
