Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support our early childhood learning programs. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and build strong connections with families to support each child’s growth.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment and quality goals, while fostering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that empower children to explore and learn every day.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; able to multitask.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Able to engage with children safely and maintain sight/hearing to supervise.
• English proficiency to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum to meet each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child development.
• Support center goals with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
