KinderCare Learning Companies in Indianapolis is seeking a classroom Teacher to support children’s learning every day. You will implement the center's curriculum, provide a safe, nurturing environment, and build strong connections with families.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment goals, support accreditation, and promote engaged learning across indoor/outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
