KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to implement our curriculum and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will engage with parents to support the best care and education, and collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment and engagement.

You will build strong relationships with families and professionals to ensure a high-quality learning experience across our centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational ability.
• Ability to meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to assume low postures to interact with children safely.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that respects each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
