Enid Public Schools is hiring for the 2026-2027 Childcare Teacher position at Prairie View Elementary. This is a full-time, 185-day contract working 8 hours per day with a rate of $12.15 per hour.

Responsibilities include providing care and safety for children, planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining a clean environment, complying with state and district regulations, documenting observations, communicating with parents, attending staff meetings, and completing required trainings.

Formación

• High School Diploma is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care and maintain the well‑being and safety of the children in the classroom.
• Plan and carry out activities appropriate for the age of the children in the classroom.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by sanitizing all the toys and surfaces on a regular schedule.
• Comply with OKDHS and Enid Public Schools District regulations pertaining to the site and children in the program's care.
• Observe and record children's activities on approved program forms.
• Provide information to parents about their children and child development.
• Participate in staff meetings.
• Fulfill annual staff development or training sessions as required by OKDHS.
• Write and implement weekly lesson plans based on the Early Learning Guidelines.
