KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor teachers, and to implement our curriculum in classrooms designed for young learners. You’ll create a safe, nurturing space where children can explore and grow, while partnering with families to support their child’s development.

In this role you will collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals, and work with licensing authorities and partners to uphold program quality.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with families.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and partners.
