Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor fellow teachers in your classroom while delivering KinderCare's curriculum. You’ll create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and learn, and you’ll partner with families to support each child’s growth.

You will work with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners across our

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners

Education

CDA Credential

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
