KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead and mentor fellow educators, implement the center's curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing space where children can grow and learn. You will collaborate with parents to ensure the best care and education while supporting center enrollment and accreditation goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• State-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
