Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher who guides young learners and collaborates with families. You will lead classroom activities, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and grow.

You will mentor less experienced teachers, partner with parents and staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, and contribute to a supportive center culture. This role requires energy, communication, and a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy in progress.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; work with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers and community partners.
