Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and ability to organize multiple tasks.
• Experience with early childhood education preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for the role or be willing to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that suits each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
