Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; able to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
