Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor teachers, delivering KinderCare's curriculum in a nurturing classroom. You will partner with parents to provide excellent care and education, supporting enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.

The role requires CDA credential or candidacy, English proficiency, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid. This on-site position offers strong community impact across sites.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
• Read, write, speak English to communicate with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with each child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with and connect parents to provide the best care and education
• Support center’s goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners
