Job summary

KinderCare Education in Cincinnati is seeking a Teacher to support daily learning and care in our classrooms. You will assist with implementing age-appropriate curricula, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and collaborate with fellow staff to meet program goals.

You will partner with families to support children's growth, maintain connections with licensing authorities, and help build a welcoming community across our centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate with children and parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with implementation of KinderCare curriculum and State Pre-K requirements.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by working with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
