Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Teacher to support early childhood learning across our centers in Ohio. You will implement our curriculum, foster a safe and engaging classroom, and partner with families to ensure each child’s growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
