KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood education across our classrooms. You will implement a curriculum tailored to each child’s needs, ensuring a safe, nurturing space for playful learning and growth.

You’ll collaborate with families and staff to promote enrollment and high-quality experiences, while keeping strong relationships with licensing bodies and community partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children’s education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
