Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state qualifications for the role and obtain CPR/First Aid.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership toward enrollment and accreditation goals.
