Job summary

Encompass in Green Bay, WI, seeks a Child Care Teacher to provide high‑quality early learning experiences within a HighScope framework. The role focuses on children’s physical, social‑emotional, cognitive, and developmental growth in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will collaborate with families and colleagues, use classroom technology for documentation and assessment, and ensure compliance with DCF, NAEYC, and YoungStar requirements while supporting an inclusive learning community.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with Wisconsin Registry or eligible to register.
• Lead Educators must meet DCF/NAEYC education requirements.
• Must obtain Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED, Abusive Head Trauma Prevention, Mandated Reporter Training, and other trainings required by DCF/NAEYC or Encompass.
• Prior experience in an early childhood education setting required.
• Experience with HighScope or Conscious Discipline preferred.
• Experience in a NAEYC-accredited program preferred.
