Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. in Anaheim, CA is hiring teaching staff to support programming for children from infant to school age across locations.

You will facilitate age-appropriate activities, support social-emotional development, and ensure safety and supervision. Responsibilities include creating developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintaining engaging learning environments, delivering quality programs, and collaborating with fellow staff to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• 24 postsecondary units in Early Childhood Education or related field with C- or better plus 16 GE units
• AA degree or higher in ECE/CD or related field from an accredited college
• Teacher Permit or above issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned to children's interests.
• Create and maintain enriched, age-appropriate learning environments and quality experiences.
• Provide excellent customer service through authentic, culturally responsive relationships with children, youth, families, schools, communities, and center/team.
• Maintain health and safety with proper supervision, positive interactions, and safe environments.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality programs and creative workplaces.
