Cox Child Care Center North in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated Teacher to help maintain a safe learning environment and support early childhood development. You will assist Lead Teachers with activities, greet families at drop-off, and help with daily tasks like diapering, laundry, and cleaning at the center.

Required: minimum college hours or CDA, with preferred ECE coursework and up to 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 college hours or CDA credential for staff ratios.
• MOA waiver acceptable before working alone in ratios.
• Preferred: college hours in early childhood education.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe, healthy learning environment and promote child development.
• Assist Lead Teachers with planning and implementing activities for all ages.
• Greets parents and children during drop-off/pick-up and supports daily tasks.
• Assist with diapering, potty training, laundry, cleaning, and toy maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with state ratios and accreditation rules.
