Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to engage with children and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play.
• Partner with parents to support children's education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
