Qualifications

Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle diverse situations.
CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Reads, writes, and speaks English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child’s needs.
Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
Build partnerships with parents to support child development.
Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
Foster positive relationships with families, colleagues, licensing authorities, and partners.
