KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking teachers to implement our curriculum in classrooms, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. You will partner with parents to ensure high-quality care and education, while supporting center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.

You will also build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners to deliver exceptional experiences for children and families served

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with the needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education
• Support center’s success by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
