Qualificações

• CA Teacher permit with 24 ECE/Child Development units requirements.
• CA Associate Teacher permit with 12 ECE/Child Development units requirements.
• Minimum 6 months classroom preschool/childcare experience.
• Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid CA driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance.
• AB 1207 Mandated Reporter Training within 90 days of hire.
• Criminal background clearances (FBI/DOJ/CACI) before employment; ongoing fingerprint checks.
• Pre-employment physical and TB clearance; influenza vaccination records or waiver.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct care, guidance, and instruction to children at MAOF centers.
• Prepare and follow lesson plans; document children's development.
• Supervise aides, staff, and volunteers; schedule activities.
• Maintain safe, orderly classrooms and healthy routines.
• Engage with parents; conduct conferences; recruit eligible families.
• Observe and report health concerns; implement developmental assessments.
• Attend staff meetings and training; ensure program compliance.
