Job summary

Child Care Resource Center, Inc. seeks an Associate Teacher in Lancaster, CA. You will deliver quality preschool services within the Early Care and Learning program, while ensuring safety and positive family interactions.

Travel up to 20% and flexible hours may apply as needed to support children and families. The role requires 24 units in ECE/CD, 6 months of classroom experience, and a CA teacher permit (or pending) with CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 semester units in ECE/Child Development with infant/toddler coursework.
• 6 months external experience or 1,000 hours in a preschool/childcare setting.
• Current Associate Teacher Permit or higher per CTC; pending permits acceptable with submission.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality preschool services for children in Early Care and Learning.
• Maintain supervision and safety in classroom, outdoors, and on field trips.
