The New Hope Early Childhood Learning Center is seeking an experienced Teacher for our toddler classroom.
The role hours are 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday.

As a YMCA Early Childhood Learning Center educator, you will teach through a play-based curriculum, fostering a love of learning via art, music, indoor and outdoor play, and enrichment activities. Your role is to lay a foundation for lifelong learning and social-emotional development, engaging children in discovering fun in playing, learning, and making lifelong friends.

Requirements include:
Work hours are Monday through Friday, with shifts varying from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, depending on location needs, with flexibility as needed.

Job Summary: The Child Care Teacher delivers curriculum in the classroom, working cooperatively with team members and administrators to fulfill the YMCA’s mission and values, focusing on equity, honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
Essential Functions:
Relationships: Reports to the Child Care Program Director, interacts regularly with children, families, and team members, and supervises assistant teachers or aides, working with diverse populations.
