The Learning Experience in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher for a 2-year-old classroom. This full-time role emphasizes nurturing, structured routines, and engaging learning experiences to support language, cognitive, and social development.

As part of our team, you will implement the LEAP curriculum, foster positive relationships with families, and collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure a safe and enriching environment for toddlers, in compliance with state

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous daycare, preschool, childcare, or experience working with young children preferred.
• Experience working with toddlers or 2-year-olds is a plus.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.
• Patient, nurturing, dependable, and energetic.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements.

• Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions.
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive guidance.
• Observe children's development and maintain required classroom documentation.
• Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership.
• Follow New Jersey childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements.

Early Childhood Teacher - 2-Year-Old Classroom

Location: The Learning Experience - East Brunswick, NJ

Pay: $17-$18 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - East Brunswick is seeking a caring and energetic Early Childhood Teacher to join our 2-year-old classroom.

Two-year-olds are building language, independence, confidence, and social skills at an incredible pace. We're looking for a teacher who can provide the structure and nurturing support young children need while turning their natural curiosity into meaningful opportunities to learn, play, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and learning experiences for children around 2 years old
