The Sunshine House in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Childcare Teacher to join our caring team. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn through play and structured activities, guided by Creative Curriculum and Brain Connect programs.

We value passion for working with young children, reliable presence, and the ability to communicate with families. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, with increases for additional education, performance, and tenure.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum Colorado Shines level 2 preferred.
• Experience in licensed childcare.
• Willingness to pass background checks and health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Compensation & Pay Range: $18-$21 per hour

Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.
