Job summary

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy in Frisco, TX is seeking a compassionate Childcare Teacher to foster a safe, engaging classroom environment. You will help children learn, play, and grow while supporting social and emotional development through Creative Curriculum and Brain Connect programs.

The role offers a starting pay of $15–$16 per hour with potential for higher pay with education, experience, and tenure.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• At least 30 days working in a licensed center preferred.

Compensation & Pay Range: $15-$16 per hour

Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.
