Provides nurturing and support to at-risk children whose mothers are receiving services from House of Mercy. Implements developmentally appropriate practices that enhance the children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive functioning consistent with NAEYC and Early Head Start Performance Standards. Provides practical instruction on basic parenting and serves as their coach, role model, and mentor for child-related issues.
