Ganon Gil Early Learning Center is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Entry-Level Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recent grads or current students in Early Childhood Education or related fields. You'll help create a nurturing, play-based environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced educators.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
2. Support a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment.
3. Observe and document child development.
4. Communicate with families and provide developmental updates.
5. Promote social-emotional learning and positive behavior.
6. Ensure child safety, hygiene, and supervision at all times.
7. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff.

Qualifications:

1. Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field.
2. Experience with children (e.g., camps, babysitting, volunteer work) is a plus.
3. Strong communication, creativity, and a nurturing attitude.
4. CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
