Job summary

Soccer Shots Tempe-Chandler-Gilbert is seeking a part-time coach to lead fun, safe, and structured 30-60 minute soccer sessions for children. No prior soccer experience is required, only a positive attitude and a passion for helping youth development.

Coaches must complete the training program and obtain an Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card. A valid driver's license or state ID and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Prior soccer experience is NOT required; passion for positively impacting children's lives is essential.
• Must have a FUN and positive attitude.
• Coaches must complete our comprehensive training program to receive certification.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card is required or obtainable as part of onboarding.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts fun and positive 30-60 minute sessions following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Follows proper on-site protocol for each location and ensures child safety.
• Gathers children for childcare sites when required and returns after session.
• Maintains a positive coaching environment and communicates effectively with families.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.

Job Overview

Prior soccer experience is NOT required. We only require a passion for positively impacting children's lives. Must have a FUN and positive attitude! Ensures the safety and well-being of every child. For childcare sites, gathers children from classroom and return after session (note: for public locations, no pick-up/drop-off required). Follows proper on-site protocol for each location, as prepared and provided by Soccer Shots supervisor. Conducts fun and positive 30-60 minute sessions, following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum.

Schedule

Looking to fill weekday morning/afternoon/evening and weekend shifts.

Our Coaches

Passion for soccer and positively impacting youth players. Every Soccer Shots coach must complete our comprehensive training program to receive certification. Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License or State ID. High School Diploma. Coaches must have or obtain an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
