Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking part-time coaches to work in Tempe, Chandler and Gilbert. Prior soccer experience is not required; a passion for positively impacting children's lives is essential.

You will conduct 30–60 minute sessions, follow the Soccer Shots curriculum, and greet parents in public classes. Coaches must have a High School Diploma, Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR & First Aid Certification, and a valid driver's license or state ID.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• CPR & First Aid Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Coaches must complete our training program to receive certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
• Greet parents with a friendly attitude for public classes.
• Conduct fun, positive 30–60 minute sessions following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Follow on-site protocol for each location as provided by Soccer Shots.

The Job

• Prior soccer experience is NOT required. We only require a passion for positively impacting children's lives.
• Ensures the safety and well-being of every child.
• For childcare sites, gathers children from classroom and return after session (note: for public locations, no pick-up/drop-off required).
• For public classes, must be comfortable greeting parents with a fun and friendly attitude.
• Follows proper on-site protocol for each location, as prepared and provided by Soccer Shots.
• Conducts fun and positive 30-60 minute sessions, following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum.

Our Coaches

• Passion for soccer and positively impacting youth players.
• Every Soccer Shots coach must complete our comprehensive training program to receive certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License or State ID.
• High School Diploma.
• Coaches must have or obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Looking to fill weekday mornings/afternoon/evening and Saturday morning classes.

What You Get

• Paid training at $17/hour
• $20-27 per 30 minute-1 hour session. Many back-toback classes.
• Gas compensation for classes more than 15 miles from home
