Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation in Arizona seeks a Quality First Coach to guide childcare programs toward higher quality care and education. You will orient staff, review assessments with administrators, and help develop a Quality Improvement Plan through coaching, training, and resource provision.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adult learning, and multilingual engagement, with travel to various childcare sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with at least 18 college credits in ECE and 5 years of experience in a regulated early childhood setting.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and practice of multi-method instruction.

Responsibilities

• Orients and enrolls childcare staff to the Quality First program.
• Reviews assessment findings with staff and discusses results.
• Collaborates to develop and implement a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
• Provides training and coaching to implement the QIP through visits and resources.
• Submits reports per program guidelines and timelines.
