Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Quality First Coach to support early childhood programs across Arizona. This on-site field role focuses on coaching, training, and improving care and education in assigned sites, with regular travel opportunities throughout Pinal County.

Responsibilities include enrolling staff, reviewing assessments, developing QIPs, and delivering targeted trainings using adult-learning principles. Strong collaboration and bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related with 5 years of experience in a regulated early childhood setting.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with valid AZ driver's license and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Orients and enrolls childcare staff to the Quality First program.
• Reviews assessment findings with program administrators and staff.
• Develops and co-creates a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
• Implements the QIP via coaching visits, training, modeling, and resources.
• Plans and delivers adult-learning style trainings and workshops.
• Submits accurate program reports within guidelines and timelines.
• Collaborates with other providers to support service delivery.
