Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a Quality First Coach to support childcare programs across Pinal County. The role focuses on orienting staff, reviewing assessments, and guiding quality improvement with coaching visits, resources, and collaborative problem-solving.

The position emphasizes adult learning, training delivery, and partnership with program administrators to enhance care and education for children birth through 8 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field with 5 years of experience in a regulated early childhood setting (birth–8 years).
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orients and enrolls childcare center staff to the Quality First program.
• Reviews assessment findings with program administrators and staff.
• Develops a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) with administrators and staff.
• Implements QIP through coaching visits, training, and resources.
• Plans and delivers training on adult learning principles and interactive techniques.
