Job summary

Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) seeks a Full Time Program Supervisor for our Early Childhood Services in Davenport/Scott County to lead and grow a high-impact team serving children and families.

You will coordinate programs, provide leadership to staff, and collaborate with families, healthcare providers, schools, and community partners to meet program goals and funding requirements while delivering quality, culturally responsive services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service or education related field with a minimum of two years experience working with children and families.
• Home visitation and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees assigned early childhood services, providing leadership and support to staff to ensure quality programming.
• Collaborates with families, community partners, healthcare providers, schools, and other agencies to connect children and families with resources, promote positive outcomes, and ensure program goals and funding requirements are met.
