Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in program coordination or related work.
  • Proficiency with Zoom and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Program coordination & logistics for contract deliverables.
  • Prepare and manage enrollment materials for programs and individuals.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to planning and improvement.
  • Provide logistical and technical support during professional development sessions.
  • Deliver real-time support during virtual trainings, including attendance tracking.
  • Complete post-training tasks and approve participant clock hours in the Missouri PD system.
  • Develop and distribute training communications and promotional materials.
  • Lead preparation, inventory, and distribution of training materials.
