Job summary

Children of America, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Program Coordinator to support daily school operations, oversee classroom management, and implement engaging early childhood programs.

You will maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with COA policies and state requirements. In this role, you will supervise staff in the absence of the School Director, organize activities and events, coordinate supplies, and contribute to a nurturing environment that supports children's growth and

Qualifications

• Meets state and COA age requirement.
• Meet state regulations of Director Designee, Group Leader, or Lead Teacher.
• Maintains state in-service training requirements.
• Work Experience: Has previous work experience in childcare with management experience preferred.
• Education: Has obtained or is completing a CDA or has a degree in Early Childhood Development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including classroom management and supervision.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs for children as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Organize and manage activities and events, such as field trips and parent conferences.
• Oversee the use of supplies and materials to maintain an effective learning environment.
• Serve as the third-level management in the absence of the School Director or Assistant Director.
• Contribute to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for children and uphold COA's commitment to quality education and care.
