Job summary

Memphis-Shelby County Schools is seeking an Associate - Early Childhood who will work with the Early Childhood Executive Director and Head Start Director on compliance and administrative services. This role supports data collection, monitoring, and customer service for the Division of Early Childhood.

The position involves monitoring, enrollment assistance, payroll timesheet processing, calendar updates, and collaboration with staff to ensure Head Start and Pre-K regulations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with total education/experience 4 years.
• Experience in administrative support and customer service.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support and maintain files, calendars and logs.
• Assist with enrollment, payroll timesheets and attendance forms.
• Support enrollment and assessments for Early Childhood programs.
• Collaborate with Compliance Data Advisor to ensure regulations are met.
• Research and prepare reports on compliance monitoring.
• Support device management and inventory records.
