Qualifications

• Two (2) years of related experience in a preschool setting.
• Experience as a supervisor is required.
• Experience in early childhood classroom management, planning curriculum and record-keeping is required.
• Knowledge of licensing regulations, Head Start Program Performance Standards and NAEYC accreditation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish may be required in communities with high Hispanic concentration.

• Provide leadership to teaching staff and implement activities to ensure curriculum goals and child outcomes.
