Placers Professional seeks an experienced Early Childhood Leader to oversee the strategy, operations, quality, and growth for an early childhood program in a new state-of-the-art facility in Wilmington, Delaware. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, Education Leadership, or related field.
• Progressive management experience in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of Delaware licensing rules and regulations, including teacher qualification, credentialing, staffing, and classroom compliance.
• Meet Delaware Early Childhood Administrator requirements.
• Experience with Purchase of Care (POC) programs, including program administration, compliance requirements, eligibility, billing, and documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• DEEDS Early Childhood Administrator certification or ability to obtain within 45 days.
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 45 days.
