We offer a full-time leadership role with a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 plus bonus opportunities, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and CPR/First Aid certification, with a focus on people, relationships and school excellence.

• Must meet or exceed DCFS Director requirements.
• Prior leadership and administrative experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, solutions-oriented mindset.
