Qualifications:

• Experience working with children under 5 years old
• Passion for working with young children
• Open availability for full-time work, Monday through Friday. This is a full-time, ongoing 12 month position.

Compensation:

• Lead Teachers earn an hourly rate of $21 to $22.
• Teacher Assistants earn an hourly rate of $18.
• Full-time 40 hour employees have an opportunity to earn an end of year Successful Completion Bonus based on attendance and hours worked.
