Job summary

Foothill Family seeks a Partner Coach to provide individualized coaching, monitoring, and support to contracted Child Care Partners in the Early Head Start Child Care Partnership (EHS CCP) program. You will build collaborative relationships to assess needs, develop coaching plans, and ensure safe, compliant, high-quality early childhood education services.

The role supports partners in meeting contractual and regulatory requirements while strengthening their capacity to improve child outcomes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field required; master's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of experience providing child development services and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Coaches partners to build strong, positive relationships with families and promote parent engagement.
• Ensures partners promote regular attendance and meaningful family engagement.
• Uses observations and data to assess partner skills, capacity and program quality.
• Develops and implements individualized coaching plans based on assessments and QA data.
• Conducts site visits and provides on-site coaching, feedback and reflective practice.
• Coordinates training and professional development to support high-quality teaching practices.
